Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites Anaheim

Liked that the place was fairly clean and location and staff were wonderful. My room included TV set with satellite channels, climate control and a refrigerator. Simple check-in was a bonus.

Bright room for kids to have their own separate space & piece of mind for parents, polite staff - everything was great.

Accommodation was hip new and clean, rooms were well-appointed. Booked a room on the top floor. Lots of food at the breakfast, including fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, yoghourt and hot waffles. I had a just perfect stay.

I loved its location and amenities, very very good building. Everything was very clean as expected, but the bathroom was very small.

It was a quite comfortable stay. Knowledgeable, efficient hotel's staff. The service was great, including savoury breakfasts and a nice pool. Plus their wifi was free.

The place was reasonably priced. I loved perfect location and really good staff. And it also had great view. Generally service was welcoming too. Food was great and restaurant was absolutely pleasant!

The breakfast was delicious and I loved the fact that the room had an excellant view. Exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, a microwave oven and a seating area, comfortable room. Pool was well-maintained and there was a great restaurant on site.

Brand-new hotel, we loved it. Staff extremely helpful there, the property was tidy. Absolutely perfect location in the pretty comfortable area. Moreover, an american theme park was 15 minutes' walk away. A fantastic service and awesome breakfast.

Breakfast is free, position is reasonable. Staff is CHEERFULL, makes sure that the place is fairly clean.

Actually everything was fantastic, my next choice again in Anaheim. Hassle free hotel, the staff was absolutely attentive. I liked the neat room and 2 queen size beds. The breakfast was outstanding and I had a such wonderful stay overall. The pool was well maintained. Its location was decent.

So glad we choose it, it's excellent place for staying in Anaheim. The idea to include a microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge in the suite was nice. Fine for family.

hotel had good beds. the setting was a few steps away from anaheim convention center and other tourist destinations. the venue was close to anaheim metrolink train station. 800 feet away there is the cave sports bar.
